Cozy doesn’t even do The Beatrice Inn justice - it’s what other “cozy” restaurants are going for but don’t quite nail. The food is meat-driven and impeccable, and you should be prepared to abandon whatever regimen you subscribe to if it frowns upon red meat, foie gras, and anything cooked in literal fat.
Everything on the menu is fantastic but they are best known for their duck flambe. In terms of appetizers, I’ve only had the black kale salad and yellow tail crudo (which is covered in truffles). For dessert, they came around with one of those fancy dessert trays and the only thing you should be eyeing is the bone marrow crème brûlée. I’m serious.
Surprisingly, reservations shouldn’t be too difficult even two weeks out but I’d suggest making one.
